While we wish we could cast everyone, please note that final selection into The Addams Family (Young@Part) will be based on vocal ability, acting choices, dance skills, and how each performer fits the needs of the show. Whether or not you are cast, we are proud of everyone who puts themselves out there and takes the leap to audition for the program!

AUDITION REQUIREMENTS: Registration Opens August 16th

One memorized musical theatre song of choice that showcases vocal range and ability. Must be in the genre of musical theatre and NOT from The Addams Family. This can be between 2-3 minutes. You must email us your track that you will be using by September 4th. Please ensure the song is age appropriate.

One memorized monologue of your choice that is in contrasting style to your song (if your song is comedic, choose a dramatic monologue and vice versa) - the monologue should somewhat match the character(s) you wish to audition for. The monologue must NOT be from The Addams Family. This can be between 1-2 minutes.

In your audition, you may be asked to COLD READ (read some things on the spot from The Addams Family) to test dramatic range and ability.

In your audition, you may be asked to participate in some light vocal warmups with our musical director to test vocal range and ability.
